Supporting youth from London's most deprived areas
We work with young people aged 7-19 from under-represented groups in inner London boroughs facing high levels of deprivation. Many face challenges including social, educational, and racial inequality.
Our residential programmes combine cricket with life skills development, adventure challenges, and visits to the beautiful Sussex countryside. Young people stay for 2, 3, or 4 nights, experiencing activities many have never had access to before.
Professional coaching sessions on our world-famous ground, building skills and confidence through sport.
Outdoor adventure activities that teach problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience.
Sessions focusing on communication, leadership, goal-setting, and personal development.
Trips to the Sussex coast, often a first-time experience for many young people.
Educational visits to historic Arundel Castle, enriching cultural experiences.
Activities that strengthen bonds, build trust, and develop collaborative skills.
27-year partnership supporting over 10,000 young people from underrepresented groups across London.
Long-standing partnership with this Tottenham school serving diverse communities.
Collaboration supporting alternative education for young people facing challenges.
Partnership delivering cricket programmes and opportunities for disadvantaged youth.
"The whole Arundel experience is a first for many of our students. These children come from areas where the pressure to join a gang is relentless, the opportunity to be a child again is a relief. I regularly see complete transformations in my students, they lose that defensive look, they relax, smile and laugh."
